1. AGREEMENT

Acceptance of delivery of any product constitutes purchaser's acceptance of this agreement and subjects purchaser to its contents. Any purchaser of merchandise from H2OSplashWaterFilters.com pursuant to this Web Site (Internet) advertisement agrees that any and all claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise to said purchaser(s) shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the Court of the State of Kansas.

2. Compatible Parts

The use of the word "COMPATIBLE" means (designates) that the Reverse Osmosis membrane, filter, housing or part will work with (fit in place of original OEM part) another system. This does not intend to indicate that it is a "COMPARABLE" replacement. The use of the word "COMPARABLE" would indicate that a comparison was made to the original OEM item and that item was similar or like the original OEM item in performance and/or specifications. H2OSplashwaterfilters.com makes no comparison to the original OEM Reverse Osmosis, filter, housing or part nor do we make any specific performance claims on any item unless so noted on our web site.

We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check, Money Order or Western Union, your order will be processed once your payment has been received and it has cleared our bank. We do not ship C.O.D. A Privacy Statement for H2OSplashWaterFilters.com has been created. This privacy statement is in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our web site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor's contact information (email addresses) and financial information (credit card numbers). The contact information is used to send orders and information about our company and its products to our customers. The financial information collected is used to bill the purchaser for our products. All information that is received by H2OSplashwaterfilters.com is stored offline in a secure data environment. We will not give, sell, rent or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party. 6. Product Suitability

All information presented is based on data believed to be reliable. We have obtained this product information from the product manufacturers and it is believed to be accurate. The information is offered for evaluation and comparison, but it is not to be considered a warranty of any kind. Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product, the merchantability or fitness thereof. H2OSplashWaterFilters.com shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. Sellers maximum obligation under this warranty shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price for proven defective products. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of purchaser.

7. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will need to email customerservice@H2OSplashWaterFilters.com, to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please keep all original packaging!!! We only accept a return if it is returned in the original box that the product was sent to the purchaser in. We are not able to accept return requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns must include the oriqinal invoice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping on any returns. Restocking, repair and replacement fees may apply. All returns must be unused and in unopened oriqinal packaqinq and include all items and manuals oriqinally shipped. Refused Shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. If a purchaser wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a purchaser cancels an order after the product has been shipped, the refused shipment on return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping charges.

8. Product Damaged in Transit

If the package appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package from the shipper or please make sure that the delivery slip is noted stating that the package is/appears damaged. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days of delivery if there is any damage/problems. Also, if there is any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier within 2 days of receiving the product.

9. Wrong Products Received

In the rare event that you receive a product different than what was ordered, we must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made an error in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued an RMA and instructions on how and where to return the product. H2OSplashWaterFilters.com will be responsible for the shipping charges and you will be shipped the correct product(s).

10. Sales Tax

H2Osplashwaterfilters.com is required to collect applicable sales tax on transactions shipped to the State of Kansas. Any taxes that appear on your order are a close approximate, if not an exact amount. For products shipped outside the State of Kansas, there is no sales tax.

11. Security

You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. We do not give any information to outside organizations or businesses. Your name, address, email, etc. will NOT be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.

12. Shipping

Most orders are shipped within a 2 day period from the day the order is received. Orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most non-continental US (contiguous 48 states) orders will be shipped USPS. Destination taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not paid by H2OSplashWaterFilters.com. Carrier rates are used to calculate shipping charges which are based on weight and destination.
